Gluten free bread
One of the main struggles with having to eat gluten free is the lack of a decent soft bread. I finally succumbed to purchasing a bread maker and have been so glad to have it. There is such a relief in being able to know that your bread will be consistently good and edible!! I love my Zojirushi bread maker, it has been a life saver. Here is a picture of plain bread and a picture of raisin bread……mmmm…..delish!
