You hold the key to improving your health, don&#8217;t you?\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">My journey to finding a respite for intestinal issues and brain fog was a long one. \u00a0I have heard that it takes approximately 10 years to get an official diagnosis of gluten intolerance. \u00a0I hope that with the advent of better testing, that time will be shortened. I know many people who are self diagnosed. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Here is my disclaimer. \u00a0I am not a doctor or a medical practitioner of any kind. \u00a0I am a fellow gluten free person who wants to share experiences, thoughts and even recipes for the education and sometimes entertainment of anyone who comes to my site. \u00a0Please, realize that none of the advice that I give is meant to replace or substitute for that of a medical practitioner.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The opinions that I express are mine. Please use common sense when applying any of the advice that I give or share on the site.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">I have been eating gluten free for 12 years now. Two of my children and my father are gluten intolerant as well. \u00a0Each one of us have had a variety of symptoms that indicated gluten intolerance. Following a strict gluten free diet has freed us from symptoms. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">When asked by wheat eaters how I can follow such a restrictive diet, I smile to myself. \u201cIt\u2019s not hard\u201d, I say\u2026\u201dI remember the pain, too well\u201d. \u00a0There you have it. \u00a0The benefits outweigh the disadvantages. \u00a0They certainly do. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">I love having a clear head. I love not having to be within arms reach of a bathroom at all times. : D \u00a0I love having clear skin and no more pounding headaches.
